See, you have to pick on what they'll do for the forum, and I have past experience with Forumotion forums administration deals.

ya as soon as we get more normal users i am gonna assign admins to different jobs on different forums

What you should do is have different admins with different skills. One (me?!) could be the designer, 'cos he's (I'm) completely awsome like that.
