lol! Recruiting is recruiting is recruiting. I feel that the required vernaculars for the different industries can be learned pretty easily. This should not be a difficult barrier for you... I would emphasize the technical side of your financial recruiting, however, during an interview. And list any empirical sorts of tests that you would put candidates through.
If you would like to know more about the technical recruiting field, you might ask the same question on the professional networking site for recruiters............ha....ha.....
